What can I do if the supplier rejects or does not respond to my dispute?


You can file a claim from AliExpress.com 3 days after you opened a dispute . If the duspute is not approved within 15 days of submission, the Order will automatically be directed to our Dispute Resolution Team. AliExpress.com will start complaint and will make a decision based on evidence provided by both parties. All decisions made by AliExpress.com are final.
