How do I edit my shipping address?


You have one opportunity to revise feedback for a supplier after receiving a feedback revision request. If you choose to revise the feedback, you must do so within 7 days of receiving the request.

 

1. Sign into My Orders.

 

2. Go to Transactions and click Manage Feedback in the left column.

 

3. Click Active Feedback, choose an order and click the Revise Feedback I Left button.

 

4. On the Revise Feedback for Supplier page, you will see the supplier's reason for requesting feedback revision.

 

5. Leave a new Star Rating by clicking the number of stars you want to leave and/or edit the feedback explanation you left.

 

6. Click the Revise Feedback button.
