Always use Escrow
- Always use the Escrow service when making online payments for your AliExpress orders. Only purchase from suppliers who accept Escrow payments. Your payment is only released to the supplier after you confirm satisfactory receipt of your order. Learn more about Escrow
- Don't pay with cash or with money transfer services such as Western Union or MoneyGram. If a supplier asks you to use a payment method other than Escrow, please report to us
- Keep records of your communication with the supplier, especially if the buying terms are different from those specified on the original product detail page
