How do I provide evidence to support my claim?

1.When the product doesn’t match the description:

Please list all of the specific differences between the item you believed you were purchasing and the item that was actually delivered. Please provide us with as much evidence as possible, such as clear photographs, videos and any other information that supports your claim within 3 days of purchase. If you have large video files, you must send them to us compressed using the zip file format.

If you bought more than 2 pieces of the item, you need to provide us with as much evidence as possible that shows the items do not match

If the size of your item is wrong, please place the product on a flat surface, measure it with a ruler, then provide us with clear photographs that support your claim. You also need to take a photograph of the size label.

2.When the product is defective:

For consumer electronics or other electrical or mechanical equipment etc., please provide us with videos that prove the product is not working. If you have large video files, you must send them to us compressed using the zip file format.

3.When the packaging is broken:

Please contact your local shipping company or post office as soon as possible and provide them with clear pictures in order to start a compensation claim.

4.When the package is detained by customs:

AliExpress requires proof of the reason for the detention of your package. Please contact your local customs office and supply us with official documentation that clarifies the exact reason for the detention of your package.

Your package may have been detained for the following reasons:

The required documentation is missing (such as an invoice, import license or certification etc.)

A penalty was incurred due to incorrect customs valuation.

Violation of intellectual property rights or counterfeit products.

A non-governmental institute has detained the shipment.

The shipment violates your local regulations.

Customs clearance delays.

Please notice that it is a buyer’s duty to do normal customs clearance and to pay the tax.

Remarks:When pictures cannot support your claim, please provide clear video footage to clarify the problems. If you have large video files, you must send them to us compressed using the zip file format or you can upload the video files to Mediafire.
