Leaving Feedback for Suppliers
You can leave feedback for suppliers within 7 days of order completion.
There are 2 ways to leave feedback:
Method A
- Sign into My Alibaba
- Confirm delivery for an order
- Release payment to the supplier
- On the Transaction Details page click Leave Feedback
- Rate the supplier by clicking the number of stars you want to give; enter an explanation of your rating; and click Leave Feedback
Method B
- Sign into My Alibaba
- Go to Transactions, click Manage Feedback (under Feedback), then click Orders Awaiting My Feedback
- Choose an order and click Leave Feedback
