Feedback Profile Content

A Member's Feedback Profile contains all feedback received by that Member, including the Feedback Summary, the Feedback History and the Feedback Records of that Member. Supplier Feedback Profiles are visible to all AliExpress users.

Feedback Summary

The Feedback Summary includes the company name, percentage of positive feedback received over the past 6 months, number of feedback ratings over the past 6 months, Feedback Score and the date that the company became an AliExpress supplier.

Feedback Summary information can be found in the first table on the Feedback Profile Page.

Feedback History

The Feedback History of a Member displays the percentage of positive, neutral and negative feedback over the past 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months and overall. The total number of ratings and average rating for each period is also shown.

The Feedback History table is the second table on the Feedback Profile page. For feedback details, click on the positive/neutral/negative feedback percentage for each time period.

Feedback Record

Feedback Records contain the details of each completed transaction for which feedback is left.

Feedback Records can be found in the third section of the Feedback Profile. Records are sorted into 3 tabs: the first tab contains results that depend on the type of feedback and time period selected; the second tab contains all feedback received; the third tab contains all feedback left.
