Coupon Usage
Alibaba.com may launch various promotion campaigns. Coupons may be given out for such promotion. Coupon eligibility will be based on the rules of each specific promotion.
1. Generally speaking, coupons must be activated within the specified promotional period to be valid for use.
2. Generally speaking, active coupons are valid for a maximum of 2 months. However, a promotion program may specify a shorter validity period.
3. Coupons can be used on all regular items on AliExpress unless otherwise specified. If a coupon has a minimum purchase requirement, the amount of the order must exceed the minimum purchase requirement in order for you to use the coupon.
4. Specific coupon usage rules vary by promotion. Please see the usage rules for the relevant promotion for details.
5. Coupons cannot be combined; only 1 coupon may be used per order.
6. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Coupons cannot be transferred to other members or third parties.
8. If a coupon was used on an order where payment was not successful, buyers must wait at least 30 minutes before attempting to use the coupon again.
The following rules apply in cases where there is a refund on an order where a coupon was used:
- The original coupon used on the refunded order becomes invalid. No new coupon will be issued after the refund unless the refund is caused by the supplier's failure to ship the full order within the shipping period. If this is the case, a new coupon with the same face value will be issued.
- The refund amount will not exceed the buyer's cash payment (e.g. a US $5 coupon was used on a US $15 order. Refunds will not exceed US $10).
