  • Q: How do I get coupons?

A: You can get AliExpress coupons by participating in various promotion programs sponsored by Alibaba.com. Alibaba.com may sponsor various promotion programs and distribute AliExpress coupons through various means including distributing AliExpress coupons through AliExpress.com or Alibaba.com websites, our social network sites such as the ones on Facebook or Twitter, our business partners, etc.

  • Q: What type of items can I use my coupons on?

A: Coupons can be used on any regularly priced item on AliExpress. Generally speaking, coupons will have a minimum purchase requirement. You may only use a coupon if the order amount exceeds the minimum purchase requirement.

  • Q: What is the face value of coupons?

A: Generally speaking, coupons may have the face value at US $5, US $20 or US $50 respectively.

  • Q: What other purposes can I use my coupons?

A: You can only use your coupons on AliExpress orders.

  • Q: My coupon is about to expire. Can I extend the validity period?

A: Generally speaking, AliExpress coupons are valid for 2 months from activation. Some promotion programs may specify a different validity period. The validity period cannot be extended.

  • Q: Can I exchange coupons for cash?

A: No. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Q: Can I give my coupon to someone else?

A: No. Coupons are non-transferable.

  • Q: I’ve added both regularly priced items and promotional items to my Shopping Cart. Can I combine everything in to one order and use my coupon?

A: No. The Shopping Cart does not currently support this function.

  • Q: Can I use my coupons with other promotions or discounts?

A: Unless specified, coupons cannot be used with other promotions or discounts.

  • Q: What happens if I use a coupon and I want to get a refund on my order?

A: If a buyer is entitled to a refund, the refund amount will not exceed the buyer's cash payment (e.g. a US $5 coupon was used on a US $15 order. Refunds will not exceed US $10). If there is a refund, no new coupon will be issued after the refund unless the refund is caused by the supplier's failure to ship the full order within the shipping period. If this is the case, a new coupon with the same face value will be issued.
