We value our customers and want to make sure they receive great service. Sellers that are part of our 'Assurance Plus' program promise to have a quicker processing time than normal sellers. If they do not meet their promised ship date, AliExpress will penalize these sellers.

Description Warranty:

If your product arrives and is different from the stated description, you have the right to request a refund within 15 days of delivery confirmation.

The Description covers:

  1. Product-related information posted by the supplier, including product images and information in Product Details pages.
  2. Product-related information including postage, dispatch, delivery, item parts and accessories conveyed by suppliers to buyers via AliExpress communication tools including TradeManager (Chat Now tool) and Contact Now! tool. In what situations can I request a 'Description Warranty' refund?

  1. The refund request is made within 15 days after confirming delivery.
  2. There is no history of quality disputes between you and the supplier before delivery confirmation.
  3. There are no previous refund requests made prior to requesting a Description Warranty refund.
  4. The order was made through payment methods on AliExpress other than T/T and Western Union.
  5. The refund request is in compliance with other AliExpress rules and policies.

How do I request a 'Description Warranty' refund?

To request a Description Warranty refund:
  1. Please sign in to My AliExpress, select the order in question, click 'Open Dispute' and complete the necessary steps to provide evidence for the refund request.
  2. AliExpress will inform the supplier of the refund request. The supplier has 7 days to respond to the request and contact and negotiate with the buyer on refund terms.
  3. If negotiations are unsuccessful after the 7-day period, AliExpress will review evidence provided by both parties and make a final decision within 5 working days.

Under the Description Warranty, suppliers agree to deposit a certain amount of money as guarantee payment. AliExpress is authorized to refund buyers and deduct the corresponding amount from suppliers' guarantee payment if orders are found to be in breach of the Description Warranty. Through the Description Warranty refund program, you can get up to US $200 refunded.

  2. The AliExpress Service Team will investigate your case and respond to you in 48 hours. If you are qualified for a 'Free Return', we will send you the seller`s shipping adrress and ask you to send goods back as soon as possible.
  3. Once the item is shipped, please provide the tracking number for the shipment, an invoice or receipt for the shipping fees, and the recipient's bank account number to AliExpresss Service Team by email.
  4. Once the AliExpress Service Team confirms that the products have been sent back to the seller, they will issue a payment from the deposited reimbursement gurantee payment for the return shipping fees plus the full Refund within 7 days.
We kindly suggest that you contact the seller before returning goods so that sellers can refund you in a timely manner.

Expectations:

It is expected that all buyers will operate in good faith during the dispute process. Please do not abuse the system by sending back items that are different from the one for which you are opening the claim. If it is found by the AliExpress Customer Support Team that you have abused the process, your dispute will be cancelled.
