Requesting Feedback Revision from Suppliers
If you feel that the feedback the supplier left for you was unfair, you can make a feedback revision request within 30 days of feedback activation.
Contacting the supplier beforehand about your feedback revision request tends to get better results. If the supplier does not revise your feedback, and you feel that the original feedback was unfair, you may also report feedback abuse.
Notice: You may only request feedback revision once. After you have submitted your request, any feedback revision made by the supplier must be completed within 7 days. The supplier also has the right to refuse to revise your feedback.
How to request feedback revision:
- Sign into My Alibaba
- Go to Transactions, click Manage Feedback (under Feedback); then click Active Feedback
- Choose an order and click the Request Revision
