Replying To Feedback
You can reply to feedback left for you within 30 days of feedback activation.
How to reply to feedback:
- Sign into My Alibaba
- Go to Transactions, click Manage Feedback (under Feedback), then click Active Feedback
- Choose an order and click Reply
- On the Reply to Feedback page, enter your reply and click Submit
